कई बार देखने में आता है कि अच्छा काम करने के लिए केवल एक अच्छी नियत ही काफी है
और जो भी मूवमेंट हो चुके उदाहरण भारत छौडो आदोंलन, लोकपाल, बचपन बचाओ अभियान, सेव गर्ल चाइल्ड मूवमेंट इंडिया, सेव द चिल्डर्न
इन सबको पता था कि बस अच्छा काम करना है
शुरुआत में तो सरकार ,सिस्टम, लोग, ही इसका समर्थन नहीं कर रहे थे
ओर न ही ये बदलाव किसी सरकार से पंजीकृत थे
पर इतना जरूर था कि विचार, उदेश्य स्पष्ट थे
समय बीता लोग जुड़े किसी संस्थापक ने अपना पैसा, पूरा समय प्रचार में लगाया लोग जुड़े ओर और कुछ लोग सिस्टम का हिस्सा भी थे तो उन्होंने इसका पंजीकरण भी करवा दिया उन समर्थको में कोई लोग धनवान थे तो उन्होंने इसके लिए अपना कुछ धन बदलाव में लगाया
पर ये सब कुछ दशक पहले बहुत अच्छा नहीं था बदलाव के लिए  धनवान धन देने के लिए मना कर  देते थे सरकार बदलाव को रोकने में कोई कसर नही छोड़ती थी
ओर दिन बदले दुत्कार सहने वाला संस्थापक राष्ट्र पिता बना, अन्ना हजारे , नोबल पुरस्कार से नवाजा गया, कोई स्वामी विवेकानंद, कोई स्वामी रामदेव, कोई सदगुरु बना
इसलिए कहा जाता है कि  कलयुग मे बदलाव तब आयेगा जब इंसान मे अच्छी नियत बाकी है
मतलब इंसानियत बाकी है

और कहा गया है कि. Work is workship कर्म ही पूजा है अच्छा काम करने के लिए भगवान की आराधना छुट जाये तो भगवान नाराज नहीं होगे
इसलिए केवल अपनी नियत साफ़ रखकर बदलाव  से जुड़े और इंसानियत का परिचय दे
क्योकि अच्छाई में देने का भाव है इसलिए इसके लिए किसी की सहमति(permission) लेने की जरूरत नहीं यहाँ तक इश्वर की भी नहीं हा ईश्वर को अपना मार्ग दर्शक जरूर बना सकते हैं
सहमति तो लेने के भाव में होती है
ओर भारतीय संविधान भी इसकी इजाजत देता है
वह कहता है कि कोई भी पंजीकृत/अपंजीकृत संस्था अच्छा काम कर सकतीं है जब तक कि वह संवेधानिक ढाचे का पालन करती हो
बस अपंजीकृत संस्था को कोई आर्थिक सरकारी सहायता नही मिलेगी
तो अभी जगाइए अपनी छुपी इंसानियत को अच्छै बदलावों से जुड़े, उनका समर्थन करे, हो सके तो आर्थिक सहायता भी प्रदान करे

आगरा रोड प्रेम नगर के नजदीक शनि मंदिर के पास मंगलवार देर रात एक 27 वर्षीय युवती के नग्न हालात में पड़े होने की सूचना ने पुलिस के हाथ-पांव फूला दिए। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस को युवती का मुंह टेप से चिपका हुआ मिला और पैर उसके अंतवस्त्र से बंधे थे। जबकि युवती ने बताया कि रस्सी से बंधे हाथ उसने बड़ी मशक्कत से खोल लिए थे और कुछ दूर घटना स्थल से घिसटते हुए मुख्य रोड तक पहुंची। यहां लोगों को मदद के लिए हाथ हिलाकर गुहार लगाई। युवती को पुलिस ने एसएमएस अस्पताल के ट्रोमा सेंटर में भर्ती कराया। यहां पर पर्चा बयान के आधार पर मामला दर्ज किया और जांच कर रही है।
युवती ने पर्चा बयान में बताया कि वर्ष 2018 में ज्योति नगर थाने में बलात्कार और उस पर जानलेवा हमला करने का मामला दर्ज कराया था। उक्त मामला थाने के कांस्टेबल कपिल शर्मा के खिलाफ दर्ज कराया था। इसी वर्ष उक्त मामले में दीपेश चतुर्वेदी से मुलाकात हुई। दीपेश ने खुद को सचिवालय स्थित मानवाधिकार आयोग में उपनिदेशक बताया और कपिल को गिरफ्तार कराने का आश्वासन दिया। बदले में 45 हजार रुपए उससे ले लिए। कार्रवाई नहीं होने पर दो दिन पहले सचिवालय गई, वहां पता चला कि दीपेश मानवाधिकार आयोग में नहीं है। तब मंगलवार रात करीब सवा नौ बजे प्रेम नगर में दीपेश के घर पहुंची, वहां पर दीपेश के परिजनों को उससे हुई बातचीत की रिकॉडिंग सुना रही थी, तभी पीछे सिर में किसी ने जोरदार मारा। होश आया तो एक कमरे में बंद थी। वहां पर दीपेश, कपिल और दो अन्य युवक थे।
उन्होंने वीडियो कॉल के जरिए डॉक्टर अनुराग शर्मा को फोन किया और कहा कि इसको सबक सीखा दिया है। इसे खत्म कर देंगे, क्या करना है। पीडि़ता ने आरोप लगाया कि सिगरेट से उसके इंटरनल पार्टस को दाग रखा था। इंजेक्शन लगा रखा था। जगह-जगह ब्लेड से चीरा लगा रखा था और फिर मारपीट की। इससे बेहोश हो गई। होश आया तो जंगल में पड़ी थी। उसके मुंह में पकड़ा ठूंसकर टेप लगा रखी थी। हाथ-पैर बंधे थे।
पुलिस घटना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए युवती के बताए हुए स्थानों के आस-पास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे की फुटेज खंगाल रही है। डीसीपी राहुल जैन घटना के बाद से ही मामले की तह तक जाने में जुटे थे। दिनभर से कानोता थाना और आस-पास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे की फुटेज खंगाल रहे थे। डीसीपी जैन ने बताया कि महिला की कही हुई हर बात को सच मानते हुए जांच की जा रही है। जांच के बाद ही कुछ कहा जा सकता है। लोकेशन सहित वैज्ञानिक तरीके से भी मामले की जांच की जा रही है। भाजपा नेत्री सुमन शर्मा ने अस्पताल पहुंचकर पीडि़त युतवी से मुलाकात कर आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग की।

हिमा दास ने रचा इतिहास, ट्रैक इवेंट में गोल्ड मेडल जीतने वाली बनीं पहली भारतीय महिला एथलीट

भारत की उदीयमान एथलीट हिमा दास ने बृहस्पतिवार को फिनलैंड के टेंपेयर शहर में आईएएएफ विश्व अंडर-20 एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप की 400 मीटर दौड़ में स्वर्ण पदक जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया। हिमा विश्व चैंपियनशिप में किसी भी स्तर पर स्वर्ण पदक जीतने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला एथलीट हैं।

यही नहीं वह विश्व चैंपियनशिप की ट्रैक स्पर्धा में पीला तमगा जीते वाली पहली भारतीय (महिला व पुरुष) एथलीट भी बन गईं।18 वर्षीय हिमा ने फाइनल में 51.46 सेकंड का समय निकालकर पहला स्थान हासिल किया। हालांकि यह हिमा का व्यक्तिगत सर्वश्रेष्ठ (51.13 सेकंड) प्रदर्शन नहीं है, जो उन्होंने पिछले महीने गवाहाटी में हुई राष्ट्रीय इंटर स्टेट चैंपियनशिप में निकाला था।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने खुद को स्टार जेवलिन थ्रोअर नीरज चोपड़ा के क्लब में शामिल कर लिया। नीरज ने पोलैंड में 2016 में विश्व रिकॉर्ड के साथ स्वर्ण जीता था। हिमा सेमीफाइनल में भी 52.10 सेकंड के समय के साथ शीर्ष पर रहीं थी।

असम की हिमा राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में छठे स्थान पर रहीं थीं। इसके बाद से वह लगातार अपना समय सुधारती रही हैं। हाल ही में उन्होंने अंतरराज्यीय चैंपियनशिप में भी 51.13 सेकंड के समय के साथ स्वर्ण जीता था। 

ये भी जीत चुकी हैं पदक : हिमा के अलावा जूनियर विश्व चैंपियनशिप में सीमा पूनिया ने 2002 में डिस्कस थ्रो में कांस्य और नवदीप कौर ढिल्लन ने 2014 में डिस्कस थ्रो में ही कांसा जीता था।

कौन है ओबामा फेलोशिप के लिए चुनी गई प्रीति हरमन? Meet Preethi Herman, the only Indian selected for Obama Foundation’s first fellowship

अमेरिका पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा ने अपनी फाउंडेशन के लिए चुने गए 20 नामों की घोषणा कर दी है। वेबसाइट की मानें तो ओबामा फाउंडेशन के लिए 191 देशों के 20,000 लोगों ने अप्लाई किया था। जिसमें से केवल 20 लोगों को चुना गया है। गर्व की बात ये है कि ओबामा फाउंशेन के लिए चुने गए 20 लोगों के नामों में से एक नाम भारतीय महिला का भी है। ग्लोबल सोशल चेंज टैक्नलॉजी(Change.org) की एग्जक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर प्रीति हरमन को ओबामा की फाउंडेशन मेंबर्स में से एक चुना गया है। द ओबामा फाउंडेश ट्विटर हैंडल के जरिए इन सभी नामों की घोषणा सोमवार को की गई।

एक भारतीय के अलावा बाकी 19 लोग जो चुने गए हैं वो अमेरिका, यूके, फिलीपिंस, हंगरी, साउथ अफ्रीका से हैं। यूएस में रहने वाले एक भारतीय मूल के नागरिक नवदीप कांग भी इन 20 लोगों की लिस्ट में शामिल हैं।

ओबामा फाउंडेशन का मेंबर बनने के बाद भारतीय महिला हरमन ने कहा कि मैं दुनियाभर के आविष्कारिक लोगों के साथ काम करने जा रही हूं इसके लिए मैं बहुत खुश और उत्साहित हूं। फाउंडेशन के साथ काम शुरू करने के लिए अब मैं और ज्यादा इंतजार नहीं कर सकती। हरमन ने कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य आने वाली पीढ़ी को मजबूत करने का है।

वो मजाक मेँ निकाल देते ।


Beti खूब समझदार और संस्कारी थी ।


S.S.C पास करके टयुशन, सिलाई काम करके पिता की मदद करने की कोशिश करती ।


अब तो beti ग्रेज्यूऐट हो गई थी और नौकरी भी करती थी

लेकिन बाप उसकी पगार मेँ से एक रुपया भी नही लेते थे...


और रोज कहते ‘बेटी यह पगार तेरे पास रख तेरे भविष्य मेँ तेरे काम आयेगी ।'


दोनो घरो की सहमति से beti  और

युवराज की सगाई कर दी गई और शादी का मुहूर्त भी निकलवा दिया.

अब शादी के 15 दिन और बाकी थे.


बाप ने beti को पास मेँ बिठाया और कहा-


" बेटा तेरे ससुर से मेरी बात हुई...उन्होने कहा दहेज मेँ कुछ नही लेँगे, ना रुपये, ना गहने और ना ही कोई चीज ।


तो बेटा तेरे शादी के लिए मेँने कुछ रुपये जमा किए है।


यह दो लाख रुपये मैँ तुझे देता हूँ।.. तेरे भविष्य मेँ काम आयेगे, तू तेरे खाते मे जमा करवा देना.'


"OK PAPA" - beti ने छोटा सा जवाब देकर अपने रुम मेँ चली गई.


समय को जाते कहाँ देर लगती है ?


शुभ दिन बारात आंगन में आयी,


पंडितजी ने चंवरी मेँ विवाह विधि शुरु की।

फेरे फिरने का समय आया....


कोयल जैसे कुहुकी हो ऐसे beti दो शब्दो मेँ बोली


"रुको पडिण्त जी ।

मुझे आप सब की उपस्तिथि मेँ मेरे पापा के साथ बात करनी है,"


“पापा आप ने मुझे लाड प्यार से बडा किया, पढाया, लिखाया खूब प्रेम दिया इसका कर्ज तो चुका सकती नही...


लेकिन युवराज और मेरे ससुर जी की सहमति से आपने दिया दो लाख रुपये का चेक मैँ वापस देती हूँ।


इन रुपयों से मेरी शादी के लिए लिये हुए उधार वापस दे देना

और दूसरा चेक तीन लाख जो मेने अपनी पगार मेँ से बचत की है...


जब आप रिटायर होगेँ तब आपके काम आयेगेँ,

मैँ नही चाहती कि आप को बुढापे मेँ आपको किसी के आगे हाथ फैलाना पडे !


अगर मैँ आपका लडका होता तब भी इतना तो करता ना ? !!! "


वहाँ पर सभी की नजर beti  पर थी...


“पापा अब मैं आपसे जो दहेज मेँ मांगू वो दोगे ?"


बाप- भारी आवाज मेँ -"हां बेटा", इतना ही बोल सके ।


"तो पापा मुझे वचन दो"

आज के बाद सिगरेट के हाथ नही लगाओगे....


तबांकु, पान-मसाले का व्यसन आज से छोड दोगे।


सब की मौजुदगी मेँ दहेज मेँ बस इतना ही मांगती हूँ ।."


लडकी का बाप मना कैसे करता ?


शादी मे लडकी की विदाई समय कन्या पक्ष को रोते देखा होगा लेकिन


आज तो बारातियो कि आँखो मेँ आँसुओ कि धारा निकल चुकी थी।


मैँ दूर se us beti को लक्ष्मी रुप मे देख रहा था....


रुपये का लिफाफा मैं अपनी जेब से नही निकाल पा रहा था....


साक्षात लक्ष्मी को मैं कैसे लक्ष्मी दूं ??


लेकिन एक सवाल मेरे मन मेँ जरुर उठा,


“भ्रूण हत्या करने वाले लोगो को is जैसी लक्ष्मी मिलेगी क्या" ???
